When unworldly student Ana Steele first encountered the driven, damaged young entrepreneur Christian Grey, it sparked a sensual affair that changed both their lives irrevocably. Shocked, intrigued, and ultimately repelled by Christian’s singular sexual tastes, Ana demanded a deeper commitment; determined to keep her, Christian agreed. Now, together, they have more—love, passion, intimacy, wealth, and a world of infinite possibilities. But Ana always knew that loving her Fifty Shades would not be easy and being together poses challenges neither of them ever anticipated. Ana must somehow learn to share Christian’s opulent lifestyle without sacrificing her own integrity, identity, or independence; Christian must somehow overcome his compulsion to control and lay to rest the horrors that blighted his past and haunt his present. Just when it seems that together their love can conquer any obstacle, tragedy, malice and fate combine to make Ana’s worst nightmares come true. Alone and desperate, she must face down the poisoned legacy of Christian’s past. Seductive, shocking, sad, and funny, Fifty Shades Freed is the compelling final volume in the Fifty Shades Trilogy.

I still continue to reread it over and over again because I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Every girl needs a Christian Grey in there life. I hope the author decide to write more books about Christian grey also

The trilogy is amazing! I can't describe how much I love it! I'm surprised by the depth of the story. Yes, there are more to the story than just the sex scene. I just can't help falling for Christian myself! I wish there were more books! *sigh*

I give this book series five stars not because it is a literary masterpiece, but because it just took my breath away. I could not stop reading this fantastic page turner ! These books are a must read!

Complete page turner . I finished the book in less than 2 days. I in fact finished the trilogy in less than a week. I am not sure how I heard of the first book but I could not be happier that I did . Hopefully there will be more .
  • Loved the first two better

    By Lysbubba
I loved this series!!! The third book I liked but not as well as the first two, kinda bounced around in the beginning. I love the connection that Christian and Ana had and especially how they responded to each other...quite a bit of humor. Hope the author writes more!!!
  • Could not put them down!

    By Convent girl
Wow,wow, wow it's been a long time since I've been this captivated by any reading material. How enthralling this series of books have been. The characters so well drawn out, the subject matter new to me a little gritty at times but just mesmerizing. Special mention about the authors notes; I was hoping the books two or three would be in Christians voice or from his perspective. No wonder everyone is talking about this book!
  • Book review

    By Gingrspice
I loved the book! I couldn't book the book down & I am not a reader! I especially loved the part where we read Christain's point of view on the first meeting with Ana! Each page keeps you wanting more & I'm so glad it had a happy ending! I also learned a lot about sex & foreplay! I guess you could say it was also educational to "vanilla" people like me! Lol Great job!! I loved all three books.....leaves me "wanting more"!!
  • Now what? I tried to read this one slow so it would last longer. I did but I want more! Loved them.

Loved them. I want more of CHristian. Cannot wait for your next book.
  • Mesmerizing

    By Bets722
I totally loved these books! The ending where we relived the interview made me chuckle when we were given Christian's unspoken thoughts. I thought that was great! I don't get the few comments comparing to Twilight? Totally two different stories.
  • Loved all 3 books!!!

    By Carrx4
I loved the 3rd book. I am so sad that I am finished. Love Christian and Ana. I love how the author has written Christian's view at the end. I could keep reading what he is thinking.
  • Great trilogy

    By Tictac871
A fascinating real love story. I enjoyed every moment of reading this
  • Wasted $30!!!!

    By Blackbelle73
Read all 3 books and I want my money back now! More repetitive than the first two. The writing is horrible than before. I practically skipped a few chapters just to get to the point of the story. But guess what? I couldn't find one, cause there is no point! Ana is still annoying and Christian is still a freak. Not even in dark rebel kinda way. More like a icky male coworker way. One who won't leave you alone and brings you lunch cause he insists that your hungry! Ewww! Save your sanity (and your money) and skip the series altogether.
  • Fifty shades trilogy

I could not put these books down. I was captivated by every chapter so much that I had to stop myself from reading because I didn't want the books to end. Great writing by E.L. James. Please write another trilogy sooner rather than later.

  • Love, love, love

    By Dolores Misko
I loved every minute of the trilogy. I didn't want to put the book down and didn't want it to end. I wish there was more of Ana and Christian that I could read. I loved seeing his point of view, would love to read the whole story in his point of view. Praying and hoping for more Ana and Christian!!!!
  • Still not sure

    By samisamif
Then again.....I've bought all three books. The racy scenes were a bit much for me especially the playroom parts and most love sex scenes became monotonous and I too skipped over a few pages. I would have loved to have had a few chapters coming from Christian. All in all though pretty good trilogy.

    By Criq3
I love these books so much. I read all three of them in about 4 days. I would wake up an hour earlier just to get in extra reading time in. I didn't want then to end but I'm glad there was a happy ending. Thank you E.L.James for writing these.
  • Fifty shades of Grey

Wonderful story but just so graphic! I would love to tell my friends to read it but I would feel uncomfortable about this first book. The other two are not as graphic! I did enjoy it!!!
  • Amazing

  • I want more Christian Grey!

    By Geeeep1125
OMG good! Just finished reading all three books. Had a hard time getting through the first introduction of S&M but at that point the writing was so good I was compelled to read on. I now officially have CG withdrawal. I sure hope there is more on the way. Ms. James, thank you so much for your ability to allow me to learn about a world I will probably never indulge in (my husband on the other hand......) but was able to enjoy and not in a perverted way. Your Trilogy was outstanding! Good luck with future efforts.
  • Just Not As Good As The Others

    By Tsmiles44
ItI felt like I was reading short stories and they were all familiar to me. The trilogy went from unbelievable to great to just good. I'm still looking forward to the next book.
  • Excellent

    By lrjv04
I'm going to read them again!
  • So much potential

    By TRS40445
If your sex life is lacking, you'll love this series. The books are 95% sex scenes and the remaining 5% builds a plot that never really gets elaborated on. The author hooks your interest with a few back stories, and forces you to buy the next book by leaving a huge cliff hanger... And then never give any details. This series most definitely could have been one book. Maybe if she didn't repeat "biting my lip," "my inner goddess," "blah blah blah," "he is so hot," so much.. It would have been one mediocre book instead of a stupid trilogy I wasted $30 on.
  • Captivating!

    By Sharinthoughts.
I have not read anything that captured my attention and interest like this in so long. I read all 3 novels within 3 weeks and wish that there were more in the series. I guess that is the sign of a great author when they leave you wanting more. I will definitely watch for what comes next from E L James.

I'm bummed I've finished them all! I hope that the end chapter means Christian's perspective will be coming soon?! I'd love to hear all three books from his point of view..... Please E.L.James!!!! Write more from Christian's side now!
