  • Too much like her other books, but not horrible...

This book feels like the author’s repeating everything from her other books. Characters are much the same in terms of physical descriptions. Even the mansions that her “heroes” live in are similarly described along with how their beautiful homes were inherited by rich grandparents or parents who were killed in car crashes or plane wrecks. And the “romances”....the “hero” always winds up falling for the woman the same way. And the sexual encounters are all the same right down to the last intimate act. Does this writer have any creativity in her? Taking the basic storylines and changing names of cities, characters and timelines is not my idea of creative story telling. I liked the first books that I’ve read but now I find the repetition annoying and pointless. NOT TO MENTION THE ENDLESS AND RIDICULOUS REMARK “PUKING TOENAILS”... Still, I feel compelled to finish her books. There’s some underlying intrigue buried between the messes...
